Give each day one anchor
Choose one activity that deserves a fixed time: a museum, a food tour, an archaeological site or a cruise. Everything else can sit around that anchor.
This keeps the day coherent when transport, weather or appetite changes your plans.
Stay in one part of the city
Match the anchor with a nearby neighbourhood, market, park or viewpoint. Less transit gives you more time to notice the place.
- Day one: orientation and an easy evening
- Day two: the most important booked experience
- Day three: a deeper neighbourhood or short excursion
Protect the gaps
Leave at least an hour between reservations. A coffee, a wrong turn or an unexpectedly good shop is part of the trip, not a scheduling failure.
