Trip Explorer processes the destination, dates, language, currency, budget and interests you submit to provide relevant results. The current website does not require an account and does not store payment information.
Analytics and technical data
We use privacy-conscious website analytics and performance monitoring supplied by Vercel. This can process technical information such as page views, device or browser category, approximate location, request timing and errors. Hosting and security systems may temporarily process IP addresses and request metadata to operate and protect the service.
Activity and booking providers
Search parameters are sent to a third-party activity inventory service to retrieve results. When you follow an outbound booking link, the provider receives the request and applies its own privacy policy. Trip Explorer records the selected activity identifier and campaign code in operational logs, but does not receive your payment details.
Affiliate disclosure
Some booking links are affiliate links. Trip Explorer may earn a commission if you complete a booking, at no extra cost to you.
Your choices
You can use the editorial pages without performing a live search. You can also manage cookies and similar technologies through your browser. Trip Explorer does not sell personal information or build advertising profiles from search queries.
Retention and security
Trip Explorer does not intentionally save search text in an application database. Limited technical and operational logs may be retained by infrastructure providers according to their configured service periods. Reasonable technical controls are used to restrict access and protect the service.
Updates
This policy may be updated when features, providers or legal requirements change. The revision date at the top identifies the current version.
